About Project Gold

We started this because someone had to.

Pediatric cancer receives insufficient attention, funding, and community support. Project Gold exists to change that. Founded and operated by high school students, our organization brings peer-driven energy and genuine commitment to a cause that affects one in 285 children.

Our chapters volunteer locally, raise funds for research, and provide tangible support to families who need it. Each chapter is student-led, community-rooted, and connected to a growing national network.

No family dealing with childhood cancer should navigate it without a community behind them.

What Chapters Do

Four ways chapters make a difference.

Hospital Visits
Volunteer at children's hospitals and places like the Ronald McDonald House. Show up in person for families who are going through it.
Awareness
Run campaigns at your school, make videos, create social media content, send cards to patients. Visibility matters.
Fundraising
Bake sales, bracelet drives, school events. Whatever works for your school. You keep it simple and it adds up fast.
Research Funding
Money raised goes to fund actual pediatric cancer research projects. We make sure it goes somewhere real.
